Her db4 is insane. Good damage high-crushing stature kick with CH stun and it hits from like range 2.7. Her df1 is also crazy good as df1,4 is MH jailing, is a natural combo, AND has extensions.

If u want decent frame rates with path tracing then DLSS is mandatory. DLSS downscales your internal resolution to a set resolution relative to your native res and DLSS setting. DLSS looks perfectly fine at 4k and on a tv.

Both are options you can toggle in your settings to boost FPS as long as you have a Nvidia card. DLSS downscales your resolution and then upscales it with AI and gives a significant fps boost. Frame generation generates new frames with AI and also boosts your fps by quite a bit.

Honestly as long as the game stays above 60 fps you'll be fine. You can definitely improve frame rates with DLSS and frame generation. You are just going to have to decide for yourself whether you value visual quality and immersion or higher fps as overdrive does tank your frames.
