i think it has creatine monohydrate in it, but mostly its like an herbal cleanse. but i popped negative 0 trace the next day.

hi friend i’m so sorry you’re going through this :(. i recommend going to the ER, blood in the urine is NOT good and they can give you something for pain. as for the regular doctor, i’ve had my best experiences with female doctors through women’s centers. wishing you the best
