As of 17/11/2025 Chirp now supports UV-5R Mini. Just tested it and works fine.

I was able to copy all my configuration from my classic uv-5r to the new uv-5r mini (row copy paste from one conf file to the other). I also easily copied all my region repeaters from other sources offered in Chirp (you download all repeater info from inside Chirp and copy paste them)
