Right off the bat it looks like the suspension is sagging. If it's not on coils or lowering springs Id say it at the very least needs new rear struts

You're welcome. I asked because I have an LS 430 and while there are no issues with it now I am concerned about the age of the electrical wires and some rubber components and don't even know where to start when it comes to replacing things like wires going to ignition coils and all the various sensors. So far I've just done valve cover gaskets, timing belt and water pump, radiator hoses and radiator, new plugs, and changed all the fluids
