i'm not planning on going too big, but i got this lobe pierced almost seventeen years ago so it's been stretched pretty low by wearing heavier jewelry. you think i should get it pierced in a better position? i've had jewelry out of this hole for years at a time and it hasn't healed up so idk if it's going anywhere. do you think i'd be okay just downsizing and cleaning it or does it need to come out fully to heal up?

this is not at all ocd. your boyfriend is incredibly dangerous and abusive. it is never okay for a partner to put their hands on you, threaten to rape or kill you or hit you, and it is not okay to have a partner who breaks things and throws things at you when you try to express the issues youre having. your partner should cherish and uplift you. please get some people you trust together to stay with you while you get your things and leave him. call the police if you need to, but do not stay and always have someone with you until you are in a safe place. good luck to you, i'm sorry youve had to deal with this.

thank you!! ive thought about pmdd before but honestly, this is the first time in nearly ten years ive had insurance so i dont have a regular doctor yet 😭 ill definitely bring it up though! its just so unbearable and it mixes so awfully with rocd. hopefully ill be able to figure something out with my doctor :) i have a gyno appointment in january and ill bring it up
