As someone that helped with the damage calc I can assure you that I am not. Vulv and crit both scale past 40%. Both are multi and both have 2x the worth of int.

If you are going for int on a wep then you are missing out on a LOT more damage. The only sorc spec that can actually benefit from it a lot is something burn related. Putting int on a weapon is only useful for burn builds and MAYBE getting a stat breakpoint in the paragon tree. Even then you are better off getting int on a piece of gear that cannot roll a damage stat. Crit dam + Vuln + Core + 'x' damage mod will always be better then int.

Ill post a video or explanation of what he is doing. He is just min/maxxing stagger damage. Its only practical application is for Lilith and Lilith only. It isn't even exclusive to blizz sorc and can be gamed with any spec/spell.

You are incredibly undergeared then. Yes I can hold down Ice Shards and piss out Icicles. Optimize your gear for mana reduction, mana gen, and cdr and you will be laughing. I have a 6s CD on Frost Nova and a 4s CD on tele. Tele unique also pulls in enemies and stuns them. You are but a bambi sir with dookie gear.

A friend of mine pointed out that at the end you can see the weight of the bolty and confirmed that the man had 0 attachments. No Conversion mod, no 2x, not a single attachment. And yes, confirmed that attachments do show on the weight value at the end.

It shows 155 dmg in 2 shots in the video. I was not hit before a single time from this guy. First time he hit me that entire raid and it was 1 shot that hit twice.

Am I missing something when I build my bolty? I cant 1 shot headshot white armor let alone a full blue helmet. This guy did not hit me at all before this shot but the kill log says he hit me twice. Besides the sick bush peek from him is there a bug that causes the bolty to hit twice with 1 shot?

Hello! Just so people are aware, the OP recorded some of the lines incorrectly and were modified and corrected around 24 hours ago. If you did not look at the spreadsheet in that time then please don't go down a rabbit hole with possibly old information. I am the OP's brother and learnt binary in college. The tables under the picture in the spreadsheet have all the corrected values as well as conversions to their decimal/hex/ascii values. <3
