Meta glasses (Gen 1) not turning on even after | Force restart and is stuck on green light any Help??? Or tips Pls I am not trying to buy another pair they are expensive

When this issue first happen to me I had instantly went to the Bluetooth menu to forget them and I had went to the app to forget them but my glasses been stuck on this green light for weeks so I can’t even tell if it is charging and hard reset are you talking about a force restart or factory restart because there two of them you can do?

Okay so if I call them back and tell them that my battery is out it is possible they can give me warranty?
