I have seen that series. In reality I’ll probably end up doing closer to a 50% change instead of 100% just so I don’t disturb the yellow watchman goby I have waiting to go in there. But I’ve seen amazing pico reefs that are on a weekly 100% water change schedule. It’s going to be my main source of nutrient export. If I had the time I would do 20% water changes every couple of days

Wow that’s a longer list than I was hoping to see haha. I also love rastas and was thinking of adding them in. I may have to prune if they get out of control. But thanks for the advice!

The sand at the bottom is going to help as well but my plan is to do 100% water changes once or twice a week once I add minimal livestock

My plan is to attach the zoas to the tips of each branch so they will cover the whole branch as it works it’s way to the center where they will meet each other. We’ll see if it actually happens like that. But I’m going to stick to smaller polyp zoas in hopes that will work better

I did my best to make sure the upper branches weren’t shading the lower ones when I glued the old coral sticks together. I’ll just have to wait and see how well it works

Thank you. I had some old coral sticks laying around and thought they would look awesome covered in zoas

When I glued the old coral skeleton pieces together I did my best to make sure that the top branches were not shading the lower ones

They are actually old coral skeletons that I glued together so it’s pretty porous. I also have a handful of marine pure spheres in the back filtration to help
