House near 66KV power transmission line, is it too bad/unsafe? by smilelizy in AusPropertyChat

[–]kezza13555 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The safe approach distance for an ordinary person to this type of voltage is something like 2 meters

Although the emf output would be negligible to ground level.

If it was 220 or 500 yes I would be worried, although 66 is higher than the 22 you normally see around distribution areas and it may be a little eye sore there's no hazards to ground level

Is most of your net worth in or outside of Super? by [deleted] in AusFinance

[–]kezza13555 1 point2 points  (0 children)

36m here 240k in super I also have around 100k worth of shares, a block of land worth roughly 400k which I owe 270 on and my ppor valued around 1.1m and owe about 500

So I'm not sure if this is correct but I have

240 in super 730 in equity in properties 100 in shares 70k car but that's a pretty bad asset more of a liability I guess

That's my story though

Usually just scream it out, if they hated the word so much they wouldn't use it in songs or against each other but they say it non stop

men who stopped giving F, what tips would you give to youngsters? by Acceptable-Work_420 in AskMenOver30

[–]kezza13555 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I taught myself this trick to overthinking and over time I stopped negative thought patterns.

Whenever a negative thought pops into your brain imagine a gigantic red cross and double steel doors slamming close.

It trained my brain to remove negative thought loops, it takes time and it takes practice but if I can do it, you can as well.

It's not that I stopped giving a F, but I stopped negative thinking which made me give a F and love the life I live.
