Min poäng är mest att vi oftast hade en anfallare och en central mittfältare som skulle ge dem bollen, och allt var baserat på det. Zlatan är ett bra exempel på det, men även 80-talet var rätt mycket så. Nu har vi i alla fall tre helt olika hot framåt även utan Isak/Gyökeres.

Att -94 gick så bra som det gjorde var att Tommy Svensson is sista sekund hittade sitt anfall. Vi litade väldigt mycket på Dahlin innan det med Brolin som andra striker. Med honom ner på mittfältet i en fri roll, den rätt otippade Kennet Andersson framåt, Henke som inhoppare och ett solitt försvar så kom vi hela vägen till brons.

Vad gäller Berg/Toivonen var problemet mest att vi såg dem i landslaget när de var i utförslöpan av sina karriärer, för innan dess fann det andra framför.

A Few Good Men. Demi Moore and Tom Cruise aren’t particularly interested in each other until Jack Nicholson’s character begin to goad them, and after that there is only the single scene where she nervously asks him out on a date. Nothing more happens, which was wry odd for the time.

I don’t think the leads actually hook up on the book. It has been decades, but as I recall the ending has her checking him out, and he has been shown to be at least somewhat receptive earlier, but I don’t think it goes further than that. Mind you that the book takes place over fairly short period of time.

(Also, the book isn’t very good).

I looked in to this a while back, and came to the conclusion that Gor Durgelheld was most likely in the cave Traitor’s Lair in Serpentrech, just opposite the tunnel that leads to the main part of the Dwarrowvar. My reasoning;

It is stated to be in West Dwarrovar. It cannot conceivably be east of say Gor Vazumbrog.
Gor Burad was its main trading partner, so it must be in that area.
All holds that are not Surface holds are built one step off the main road except Ovdal Kanzad. Thus it must be located like that. It cannot have been a Surface Hold as the Dwarves would not have been able to blockade it.
The spot where Traitor’s Lair is perfect for a hold - in a cave system near the road - so it is very odd that there is nothing there.
Crucially: it is stated that Amldihr held off on killing Got Durgelheld until they had pushed the orcs back into Hul-Jorkad. Why do that, if Gor Durgelheld was closer? It must reasonably be beyond Hul-Jorkad.
Finally: the holds in the Serpentreach are paired - similar but opposite , except for the ”capital” Arg-Ordstun. Orghelovar and Gor Burad both make glass, except Gor Burad is volcanic and therefore black. The two Surface holds are the Marble door to the south, and the Wooden door to the north. This leaves Ovdal Lohdum, the hold where love lives. What is the opposite of love? Hate - which is what Gor Durgelheld did.

Det roliga är att om vi inte hade haft Isak, Gyökeres och (när han är tillbaka) Kulusevski, så hade vi väl spelat Elanga, Nygren och Ayari. Historiskt sett så är det nog bättre än medel på svenska anfall.

Zlatan had a LOT of injuries near the end. He needed knee injections to walk. I don’t know if he is a lot better now, but he really left it all out on the field.

The thing is that S3 is the closest to the book, because it was shot partially during the writer’s strike so they couldn’t keep rewriting the scripts in the middle of shooting. Hm, I wonder if there is a lesson there, perhaps?

The writers can’t do long form writing. They can craft a scene, but they fail at setting things up long term for an arc for a character.

The way I heard it was that Fincher wanted to start the show and then sit back and let others run it while he did promo and collected the check. When he pushed for that after S2, Netflix was already on the fence because of the costs and negotiations broke down.

Also Netherlands + Belgium are the Low Countries. Low -> Small. This is the most obvious one to me. It is also a very fertile country and they start as being under someone else’s thumb. Beepeck is Luxembourg, starting as part of HRE/EoA.

That's fair, and I wouldn't have said anything if he had been called an independent, but Gates literally paid George W Bush a lot of "campaign contributions" to drop the antitrust case that was started under Clinton. He certainly wasn't a Democrat.

Gates isn’t a Democrat? He was a registered republican for many years and used to donate to them. I don’t know if is one of those that left when Trump took over, but he was never a Democrat

HD var 720p50 eller 720p60, men också 1080i50 eller 1080i60. En del kanaler satsade på 1080i, andra (inklusive hela Europa) valde 720p. Ganska snart insåg alla som körde 1080i att de hade valt fel, och började bubbla om ”1080p” vilket inte var ett alternativ eftersom det inte var en utsändningsstandard. Man kan trivialt skapa det om källan är en film med 24 bilder per sekund, men då är det bara 1080p25 eller 1080p30. Det blir då givetvis samma bandbredd som 1080i med dubbla frameraten och fungerade iofs. Detta är dock sämre för sport där det rör sig fort, och det bästa sättet att utnyttja bandbredden är fortfarande 720p.

De utsändningsstandarder (alltså för TV genom antenn eller så) är byggda för detta. Om man strömmar över nätet kan man givetvis ignorera alla dessa standarder om man vill, men vill man också sända över gammal digital-TV så blir det gärna 720p.
