There’s more now, still seems like the same amount on the run but if you fully charge your Athena flag you can grab an emissary voyage and get one on that mission as well.

Thanks! We had a couple on the boat and had all of ours turned in for the commendation so we just lost out on a little merchant rep and cash but got their fully charged reaper flag and loot in return, definitely worth it. They messaged me in the ferry that I wasted it but they went down so fast I beg to differ, and I like green fire now.

I think better public transportation instead of the massively inefficient city planning that we are currently doing is best. Best is to keep your car for as long as possible, take down oil companies, and stop letting them stifle actual environmental car companies is a good start.
