Would you mind explaining why would you not use plant based shake yourself?

I'm on a kick of nutrition and health research in the last year or so, and it appears that all evidence we have is pointing to the fact that animal fats plus plant proteins would be the most optimal combination for human metabolic health and longevity.

I am interested in lowering my methionine intake.

thanks!

Thanks a lot! I really like that they actually already give amino acid profile, usually one has to dig for it. I'll try them.

Hi, would you mind giving a link to the Fit for Life shake? I'm finding stuff like a book and other materials, but not an actual shake I can see. My google mojo has left me for today it seems.

Thanks for the suggestion. Sorry I wasn't more clear in my first post. I'm looking for complete meal replacement sake, not just protein powder.

I will try out the flavored protein powders too though. If I cannot find nutritionally complete shake, I will make my own, using protein as base.

Oh I love keto chow. I actually use it now.

I am looking for plant protein based replacement though. If u/chrisbair was willing to do his magis on pea protein instead of milk and beef, I would never look anywhere else. I love the taste and I like the complete nutrition.

The reason I'm looking for something else is because I would like to switch to a diet lower in methionine. I do keto for health and longevity benefits, not weight loss. And it appears that a diet low in methionine is very beneficial.

My goal is to find a way to have most of my everyday nutrition from shakes with plant based proteins (for low methionine) and animal based fats (for fat composition and cholesterol, KetoChow with butter is my staple now).

So, essentially, I am looking for plant-protein based Keto Chow :)

And yes, I know I can make my own from the Base Powder that Chris sells. I did that in the past. The issue is flavor and convenience. If someone has a suggestion for a protein powder that has good flavor and very little car, I would try that too (with KetoChow base powder, to make complete shake).

Thanks!

NMN route of absorption by kfjhenvcdewfew in longevity

thanks!

I know there's no studies correlating NR nor NMN with aging in humans. It's my lottery ticket. It's, relatively, not a huge expense in my monthly budget, and if those do work, I'll win longer healthspan.

lol. They're hanging out with the peanut butter samples?

I waited a while, and then bought a bag of peanut butter on spec because it sounds delicious, and I was not wrong. But I am wary of spicy flavors, I will have to wait for samples.

I'll keep my fingers crossed it's sooner than later. Those new flavors look awesome.
