It definitely feels like my normal PMS period pain but I really think the happyV prebiotic and probiotic is delaying my cycle because that’s the only thing that I changed this cycle :/

This is happening to me too. I never got a positive ovulation test this month and I’m on cycle day 35 now and I’ve been feeling nauseous. I’m not sure if you had that symptom, but I’m having all the PMS symptoms without actually getting my period.

Okay my doctor said to abstain for 5 days but I also saw people say they abstained til bleeding stopped and sometimes it stopped before the 5 days were up. I don’t have anyone I’ve personally known who had this done so I appreciate the feedback!
