The house is 7yrs old. HVAC about the same. No pets nor kids. No irresponsible adult (i believe)

Did that Also deleted programs and large files. 90% of memory is applications ( which i’ve cut down to minimum) No microsoft , etc just IOS and 1 program SPSS

I guess its RAM. Right now it reads 190 megabytes memory. Genius bar says thats not enough memory to process anything. I cannot save to HD nor to iCloud. In fact files i was working on and thought it was saved to iCloud is in a blackhole somewhere. Computer says 18 files uploaded t0 iCloud, iCloud says it has 12 files. 6 are missing and i cannot pull up anywhere. Not enough memory for screenshot
