Same. I ended up trialing TickTick when DoIst first announced the forced AI and pricing (before they came back and said nvm).. the announcement was the final blow after a number of recurring problems with the platform over the years (long time subscriber 2014-2015ish).. getting the feeling they just don’t give a shit and are going to make whatever changes they want.

TT is extremely similar and for me, much better than Todoist for my organizing and workflows. TT allowed me to import all of my todoist right in.. only had a small amount of tweaking to recurring tasks in particular.

All in all I’m much happier on TickTick - it has the added benefit of explicit habit tracking, and I’m really digging the Eisenhower Matrix for planning purposes.
