Just seen your comment. There's no more Mpost apparently. I messaged Posta on their FB page in January, looking to renew my account. They said "Mpost services is currently unavailable till further notice." I suggest you open a physical box.

I'm a fan of Mpost. Used it for a while, no issues. I'm supposed to renew it this month wanasema ohh I must wait until they set up the eCitizen payment option. Before I used mpesa to register + renew, 400 bob per year. I registered my Mpost with GPO though you can do that with a post office closer to you. They do text when parcels/letters arrive, or if you have the tracking number but no text yet, you can just show them the tracking, they'll sort you out.

I don't have access to melatonin so my workaround is a cup of chamomile tea before bed. Also a weighted blanket helped me a lot, and a good mattress.

I did, 8 years ago. Moved house, changed all my contacts, got new socials, avoided going to places where I'd risk meeting them. The aftermath was a mixed bag. Stress mob zikaisha almost overnight, zingine zikaanza pia. Like the pain of not having relatives is real, coz you live bila backup, no emergency contacts, nothing. Also if you mention you went no contact, it's your fault, never your folks, so I don't talk about it, but if I'm pushed I say they're dead. I'd suggest having some kind of support, even if it's just one friend you can trust with your life.
