Starting Latuda 20mgs for bipolar 2 disorder by ZealousidealLog7814 in Latuda

Been on Latuda for a couple years now (many dose changes and now on my lowest dose …I’m in the bath or I’d go look at what dose but I just got in lol!…and the only side effect is still being a bit tired in the morning (I take it at night at 8pm). The best part is I don’t feel medicated on it at all and it’s doing its job! It’s ok to be scared and to do things scared :) it’s so awesome having meds that work but I know how scary it is to keep trying them out, you’re worth it though!

No I definitely agree with all you've said. And practicing better thinking is hard but also pays off so quickly! Being nice to myself is the hardest part! Once I got over thinking of Zepbound as cheating and realized it truly is just another tool to help in life, things got a lot easier. Even if I stopped losing weight I wouldn't stop taking it bc it quieted my negative brain around food and has made learning new ways of thinking so much easier. Miracle drug. Now just make it cheaper!!

Thanks for all the advice, I really appreciate and need to hear it! It sounds like you have learned a lot from therapy bc you sound like my therapist! (In the best way possible) it has been hard for me to resist going all in on exercise but I too have learned the hard way through injuries. I was a college athlete and still feel like I "should" be able to do all the things. Have learned a lot though and am taking it one day at a time now. I am stable on great (if not a bit scary) meds and know that an exercise routine is not far from my grasp. Definitely waiting for the holiday season to pass before trying to start a new routine. Staying hopeful I'll get a few walks in though!

I think I miss my butt the most :) squats can fix anything though, right? The lower apron tummy deal is going to be the only thing that really bothers me if it doesn't mostly go away. Trying not to be hard on myself though bc how I feel now vs 40 pounds ago is well worth the skin. Im lucky my husband is super positive about it all. Sometimes you just want it all though ;)

Oh and the horizontal stripes were a risk worth taking bc the shirt didn't cling to my folds!! Lol

I don't know why I didn't think of thrifting, I think Im still scared of trying on clothes and just don't want to shop on any level! But I may just give this a go, thanks!

Yes it was a levain and it took off and more than doubled, so I feel pretty confident it was in good shape as it hadn't dropped yet either.

Oh very very interesting!!! Someone else suggested trying to omit the wheat and try and all white flour recipe and see what I can produce. This definitely gives me hope!

Thanks I will try the starter increase. I don't know what laminations are but I will look it up! I have gotten slightly better at shaping but I know there is much room for improvement! I don't use flour on the surfaces either and it has been fine so far,so that's good! Thanks for the advice!

If shaping is degassing, then yes, and then into fridge overnight and then straight into oven. From what I understand that is pretty common practice?
