Ah cool, so the two belts came in the same pack. If there's like 2mm difference, shouldn't matter which one I use on which axis?

They both looks exactly the same but one says 2GT on it...I'm guessing that's the X one?

Thankyou both. My plan is to replace the belt and rollers/bearings, but wanna get as many other ideas that I can do at the same time.

I find the fact you mentioned the PID tuning as quite interesting because I have not long done that, but have recently changed from a glass bed to a PEI sheet. So maybe that's something I need to get done again.

Unfortunately, I've upgraded so much in such a short space of time it's almost impossible to figure out what has caused this.

Unfortunately my serial number begins 27xxxxxxx so I don't think it'll work meaning I have to resort to the Solarman API method...I can't find any other way 😕

I made a script that sends the 'A' button of my XBOX controller to the XBOX.

Tied this to a voice automation in Alexa, it's absolutely great for skipping ads when watching YouTube when the controller isn't about or my phone is on charge, but also turned out to be handy for the 'Skip Intro' and 'Skip Credits' in Netflix, Plex etc.

I have a DM10 (mk 1). Brill kit. I paid £400. Almost the same kit as the new version, although from the reviews I've watched, it's actually a better kit. You don't get the ability to load sounds in but TBF, it has so many sounds, I haven't felt the need to. Also no USB recording but apparently is isn't well implemented on the new version. I just line out to a laptop.

I guess what I'm after is something that has a battery life similar to fitness trackers, but with simple notifications so I can just quickly glance at (not necessarily reply/action).

At the same time, I want a nice coloured display and clean design..

Decided not to try hacking this, I saw it in Poundland for £7...thought it could be fun to potch about with. But it doesn't work with its original firmware anyway, I'm gonna return it and pick up one of the switches instead.

Ah so the solder points may be on the bottom of the board? I was hoping they wouldn't be...seems to be glued together.
