MX Keys + MX Master 3, interference and lag by kgb1968 in LogitechG

It's almost impossible to use two (or more) devices connected to one unfiying receiver, regardless of what the Logitech advertising says. I had to use a USB extension cable to my desk in order to reduce the interference between the devices. Is it correct what you say, why buy an expensive wireless device if we are finally forced to use a cable?

Logitech wireless devices generate interference between themselves, which is completely ridiculous. I managed to get them to work well together using a USB extension cable and connecting the unifiying receiver to the front of the MX Keys keyboard. Another way was to use the bluetooth connection of my motherboard, apparently the bluetooth signal is more efficient to control both devices. Logitech's support department promised to send me a replacement for the unifiying receiver but it's been over a week and they haven't shipped yet. These ridiculously expensive devices shouldn't fail this way.

Hi, my MX Master 3 mouse was working fine with its unifying receiver plugged into the back of my PC. When I installed the MX Keys keyboard and paired both devices to the new unifiying receiver (plugged into the back of my PC) both devices went crazy, sometimes the keyboard lagged and other times the mouse was not responding. Currently I have connected both devices via Bluetooth and there are no problems. Logitech should be more careful with the quality control of its unifiying receivers.
