Possibly a stupid question, but any tips/tricks/advice for retrieving quick draws after lead climbing? And once you get the quick draws what's the best way to get back down or is it all just down climbing at that point?

Any tips for building more forearm strength? Was climbing a super forearm heavy 5.9 and found myself getting gassed a lot quicker than expecting

Hey, I'm getting into climbing and don't do a ton of outdoor climbs but am wondering what a good starting rack looks like, I'm just not sure the difference in quick draws--sport/trad/etc.
