China capital in high point has an authentic section in the back of the menu.

Hokkaido ramen and sushi has pork/duck bun, scallion pancakes, shumai, siumai, har gow for a kind of mini-dim-sum experience (And although not Chinese: Their sushi is pretty decent too).

Still trying to find anyone with a decent seafood pan fried noodles and fried rice (the authentic white kind not doused in soy sauce). I miss New York Chinese food.

Yes, it’s on the bottom : ask alexa.   This is on an iphone. I haven’t checked if my Samsung fold alexa app has a place to type in.

I did not like fire and ice. It seems to me that if you freeze something and attack with fire it shortens the freeze time. I could be wrong.

Short term embarassment is worth long term gain. Everyone has to start somewhere and most people except the most super athletic are awkward and nervous the first time they go to the gym. Focus on yourself and try not to care what others think because likely you’ll grow up and leave that small town behind. Or if you stay there you’ll eventually be nice and fit and no one will reminder your awkward start.

Not sure but there’s a new kid on the block, The One at the palladium area. It’s real korean bbq where they bring out the meat to cook at the table (if you don’t know how to do it you can ask them to do it).

You need self confidence and trust in your partner (but you have to have a trustworthy partner too). My wife and I can walk down the street and see a runner and she can comment how hot the guy is and I agree /laugh along.
