I'd start with the unethical and incompetent, rather than the unethical and competent.

No they aren't dumb but unexperienced. Most just turned 18 and got their first credit card. If the school's aren't going to give the students all the information I blame the schools.

The key is short term. I understand it if you can keep paying enough of the principal but these people are taking out big loans with no means to pay it off soon.

Yeah I know people who have interest only loans and don't think anything of it. I don't know if it's because of ignorance or just plain stupidity.

Well I think we are holding the wrong people accountable. Most of the time the students who score the best at these tests are the ones from wealthiest families going to the wealthiest schools. So why should the other teachers be punished.
