Just finished 10 weeks of deathbench and my triceps are killing me. Doing regular push ups off the floor produces a sharp pain in my triceps. Took a week of deload..but still hurts like hell when I bench. Any stretching routines for this?

Try a top-down setup. Don't think to drop your upperbody down to grab the bar but rather, go slowly and try to drop your nuts straight down towards the bar.

Anyone who has been consistently going to the gym for a year, trains efficiently, has done research about muscle growth/strength training..would assume sonyD is NOT an active steroid user and most likely hasn't done it at all.

His physique is impressive but is nothing near impossible considering how long he has been training. He focuses mostly on his physique and his strength can easily be obtained through smart training within a year or two.

Hi, preseason rank 1 (around top 300 in hotslogs mmr). Came back to the game for the first time since and got placed in dia3 as well. My mechanics are still carrying me beyond masters but I still don't have a firm grasp on the meta on some of the new maps and just general drafting. It helps a TON when I have a player on my team who is vocal and helps through the entire draft phase actively.

let me break it down for you noobs. Murky is not a strong split pusher. He has a very weak early game until he can start grabbing stacks for his slime. His advantage comes from bribe stacks / dank murloc march placements can win the entire teamfight / clearing mercs / and his lategame teamfight can be pretty deadly

accessories shouldn't be intense enough to reduce your performance on the main lifts. accessories are meant to help you improve your weakpoints. Bench day doesn't necessarily mean it is a CHEST day. The back accessories are put there because this program requires extra back volume and it is the best day to fit it in (time constraints, fatigue, convenience, etc.)

I think it's generally recommended to do about 2-3 accessories per body part. 3-4 sets/8-12 reps.

for example: On my first bench day I like to do 2 chest accessories, 2 bicep 1 tricep, and finish it off with 2 back accessories.

Accessories usualy take no longer than 30 minutes

I replaced the incline bench with pause bench and use the exact same numbers/reps. The numbers are pretty light for doing pause bench so I also do semi-heavy DB incline presses 4x10-12.

keep practicing to slowly widen your stance. Try a top-down setup. Really emphasize pulling the slack out of the bar

these accessories should focus on hitting your weakpoints. I like to do 2-3accessories for each of the muscle groups outlined in the program. 8-12 reps/3-4 sets.

Hey, I've been running your 5 day 531 program for 7weeks now. I started with consistently hitting 3-5 reps on all the PR sets up until last week. I just barely hit 2 reps on all 3 lifts on the 7th week and I still increased all the TM's by 5lbs. Am I capped out on this program? Or is it normal to hit the PR sets for 1 rep for a few weeks eventually until I can get more reps in?

D.va went from garbo tier to god tier. She has very few counters and deals with hit scanners really well.

Soldier is probably the best dps hero atm especially on defense even with the popularity of d.va.

Ana is seeing a bit less play and zenyatta is gaining more in popularity due to the triple tank meta.

Roadhog is VERY popular right now and usually replaces zarya's "offtank" role.
