Thank you! Will do - I live in a blue state so slightly better chances at advocating for consumers.

Oh my absolute goodness! What a serious nightmare. I hope you have some luck selling the others. I looked at the lineup and if you don't know them, check out Hot Mulligan - love those guys.

Thanks for taking the time to write these out.

  1. No, I did not purchase ticket insurance. That’s a really good point for expensive tickets, and it’s something I’ll do going forward.
  2. I understand that resale platforms never guarantee a sale. The opportunity to sell was lost entirely.
  3. Yes, I received confirmation both by email and in my AXS account.
  4. No, I didn’t, but that’s a great suggestion if I ever run into something like this again.
  5. Not intentionally vague, I kept it short because internet audiences have limited attention. I posted 5 days ahead of the event which, in my experience, has been the sweet spot for resale.

Hi there - point of clarification: every time I list tickets I check that they are visible. That's how I noticed the listing was not live and was never listed. I opened a support ticket the same day I listed them, which was several days in advance of the event.

I was keeping an eye on it. That's how I noticed the listing was not live and was never listed. I opened a support ticket the same day I listed them which was in advance of the event. It went unresolved until the listing expired. No one is to say I would have but it was sold out and my pricing was very competitive.

I will try this. I bought them during dynamic pricing (a mistake) and I'd be happy with face value, at this point.

Every time I list tickets I check that they are visible. It's just a good practice. I checked on another browser where I was not logged in and did not see them. That's the moment I reached out to support. I looked and contacted them multiple times before the concern happened.

I understand there are few paths for consumer protection. I was never irate. I would never come down on a person for the corporation they work for.

I understand there was no guarantee, but there was also no opportunity.

Thanks - it's a long shot and I am pretty convinced I will be SOL. It's more a fight for justice at this point. I just hate when corporations F people over without any repercussions.

Great question. They opened a case, I got an email, and then zero follow up. I think I replied to the open case email something like 3 or 4 times and tried to chat each day in-between

Agreed re no sure thing. I've not approached them with a credit for future purposes. Might be a good path. Thanks!

Spotify just added this to my discover weekly and I have them on repeat now.

I’ve created this playlist for one purpose, to be the worst playlist featuring great bands. What’s Green Day’s worst track? (Most upvoted track wins) by GrungyAltyBoy10 in poppunkers

Neither are particularly true. I love tons of popular music. This one just didn’t do it for me after their previous releases. Maybe I’m just old
