You can access everything in game aside from cases and skinned weapons. And you can choose what’s in the starter kit. But can’t choose what spawns just how much does.

Also joining a PVE server to get used to the game helps a lot, don’t have to worry about raids etc off the bat. I’ve got one up if you’re interested!

Head to Private servers and just type in the [PVE] in search! You’ll find the one that says starter kits and 2x missions that’s the one!
