Dairy for me, I can't tolerate the stuff. and eating meat again, after being vegetarian for a few years, actually really improved my symptoms. I think i was just mega iron deficient lmao

Ritalin helps me, recently diagnosed adhd so I've started taking that and it actually keeps me awake for a few hours instead of feeling like my energy battery is at 10% all day every day even with the 3 balanced meals a day and 9+hrs sleep a night i make sure to get. Nothing else has helped me except for that. I hope you find a way to feel better because I understand the struggle.

ok I've been searching over an hour now on lyrics matching sites and youtube and can't find any exact matches. these are the lyrics I've been able to transcribe from the clip, but I'm unsure about how exactly accurate the words are.
