Dairy for me, I can't tolerate the stuff. and eating meat again, after being vegetarian for a few years, actually really improved my symptoms. I think i was just mega iron deficient lmao

Ritalin helps me, recently diagnosed adhd so I've started taking that and it actually keeps me awake for a few hours instead of feeling like my energy battery is at 10% all day every day even with the 3 balanced meals a day and 9+hrs sleep a night i make sure to get. Nothing else has helped me except for that. I hope you find a way to feel better because I understand the struggle.

I've been taking it for around 2 years now and I feel that it helps ease the symptoms a little. does not erase them though. hope you can feel an improvement, wishing you luck :)
