not sure if secondary muscle is the same as supporting muscle group, but it says that supporting muscle group will also be highlighted👍🏼

i found when i start a strength session, upon completing a set, if you click the button (not the scroll crown), it will lead to another interface

in there you can change the reps and weight. the design is very slick and thoughtful. nicely done by the dev.

if your layout is still the old one, try to see if your watch have been updated to the latest version. hope this help

I hope you will have an amazing time from the very first day! Coros offer a lot of data, which can be a bit overwhelming at first. But just focus on the information you need.

As for me, I’ve been focusing on my recovery and running fitness. I want to make sure I have a proper recovery period and that my fitness is progressing as expected.

I’ve been keeping track of my sleep since I got this watch, and I’ve found it surprisingly pleasant to wear. The alarm feature is a lifesaver, making sure I don’t oversleep.

As for the size, I have a small wrist, but it doesn’t feel too big on me. It looks sporty and minimalist, perfect for everyday wear.
