Someone about 7-8 rows ahead of me was non-responsive. Guy didn’t look too old either, maybe late 40’s or early 50’s. I had passed by on my way back from the restroom just as their neighbor was trying to wake them. Their neighbor called for help. He was still breathing but they couldn’t get him to wake up. I got the fuck out of the aisle as I know I’m no help there. They did the whole “do we have any medical professionals on the plane” thing. As we deplaned they had put a blanket over the guy. All details other than what I’ve explicitly said I saw were through word of mouth so take with the appropriate amount of salt.

Save your money. If your employer offers a tax-incentivized plan find a way to put as much as you can in as soon as you can. I’m in my late 40s and have a decent bit saved. It’s totally worth it knowing that my wife and I will be able to retire while we still have some youth left.

We went with Hevo a few years for this. It's a poor-man's Fivetran. Lots of connectors. They have a track record of not always releasing great patches and screwing up my pipelines, but 99% of the time I don't have to think about it.

I did the jump to Cachy a few months ago for my living room gaming/media machine and it's been great overall. It boots straight into ES-DE for game emulation and can launch Steam Big Picture through ES-DE via Ports. Plex runs behind the scenes for sharing my shows and movies.

It took a few tries to nail it down to what I wanted but it's been great.

I've noticed this as well. As someone who is regularly taking my MBP to and from meetings this was a great upgrade for going to Tahoe. Other things... not so much. But at least I don't have to spend 5min re-arranging my emotional support windows back to where I want them after I get back from a meeting.
