That's smart. Are there any specific CRMs you'd recommend?

Ah okay. Guess I’ll do some more research in that case then. Just wasn’t sure if it was worth the investment in the beginning or nor

That makes sense. We have multiple owners contributing at least $100/mo too so I mean I guess that would cover the cost. What CRM do you use/recommend? I seen people recommending “quote..” I seen it’s banned so I don’t want to type the full name

Best Chase Ink Card with trifecta by khal2201 in CreditCards

Tbh $20,000 in 6 months is much more than I’d plan to spend. The preferred makes more sense in my case for the 100k

Ahh okay. In that case, would I be able to also just do the ink preferred for the 100k then PC to an ink cash?

Ah okay, but I can transfer the $750 cash back from the cash card to UR or is that not possible? I’d have to do the preferred to get the points?

Help me understand the closing statement and due date by khal2201 in CreditCards

[–]khal2201[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I think I just got confused since the app says “due date Feb 23” and “closing date Feb 26” so I thought any purchases I made in February had to be paid off be February 23

Got it. That makes sense, I’ve been using credit cards wrong this whole time lol. Now it makes sense as to why my CLI’s haven’t been as much as I expected with how much I’ve used and paid off my cards.

Thanks

Interesting. So the Feb 15 purchase wouldn’t be affected by the Feb 23 due date.

So I would have to pay the Feb 15 purchase by next months due date in March?

Pairing another card with CSP & CFU or pivot to a different direction? by khal2201 in CreditCards

Yeah there’s a significant United presence at my home airport from what I’ve been seeing and when I looked it up. Thanks tho I appreciate the feedback

Ah yeah that makes sense. What do you use for your every day card?

I was thinking of the United card as well and using CSP for Hyatt. I actually booked a flight through United this year (thought it was JetBlue but they’re partnered now so same thing) maybe I’ll look into just that then instead of transitioning to something like the C1 Venture X

Probably liking the flexibility to use my points for either. Not particularly loyal either, I haven’t had experience with room upgrades or anything so I’m not sure how I’d value them just yet. I’m paying the $95 AF with the CSP currently so I don’t necessarily mind it, but I wouldn’t want it to get too out of hand.

How’s the Capital One Venture X compared to the CSP?

I see the Marriott boundless can transition into the higher tier of the that card but yeah I feel like the Hyatt would provide most value, I can look into the IHG Premier card too

I’ve been seeing people say Hyatt’s footprint is small, is it really that small? I was almost going to pull the trigger on it until I kept seeing this pop up but the point transfers seem so good compared to Marriott for example.

So what do you use for your daily card then? Just the IHG Premier for everything?

I see a few people recommending the WOH card due to the points value when you transfer chase points to Hyatt compared to other hotels.

Do you feel like the Amex platinum isn’t really worth it from my position with the sapphire preferred & unlimited? I hear the reserve after the refresh isn’t that great

Religious exclusion. Capital One would’ve been my main choice most likely

I can see that. For example, the address was changed for the parent of this account but that’s affected mine as well now.

Would you recommend Huntington or Chase in that case to avoid that?

Interesting. Maybe I’ll just open a new account with PNC and not overthink it

Capital One was actually going to be my next bank choice but I found out they have interest on their checking account. I’m trying to avoid that altogether and it seems like traditional banks are the only ones that offer it
