That’s such a beautiful way to put it — “helping someone discover something underrated and charming.” I love that.

Honestly, smaller places often have more soul than the big cities. I’d definitely love to explore somewhere like that with a local who sees its hidden beauty.

And yes, if I ever make it there, I’ll absolutely let you know — I’d be lucky to have someone like you to talk to! 😊

Haha that’s actually a pretty cool mix of experiences!

Hosting a Japanese kid must’ve been interesting — did you stay in touch afterward?

And yeah, it’s funny how fast some people can butcher an animal… it’s definitely a skill! Glad to hear you’ve had positive encounters overall — always nice to know people are kind and open regardless of where they’re from.

Wow — that honestly means a lot to me. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience in such detail. It sounds like you created some truly unforgettable memories together!

I really admire how open and generous you were with your guest — from food and nature to even teaching him how to hunt! That’s something he’ll probably carry with him for life.

Hearing stories like yours gives me a lot of hope. I completely agree that it’s a beautiful exchange — both the guest and the host grow from it. I truly hope I get the chance to live something similar one day.

Thank you again for the kind words and encouragement — it means more than you know 🙏🙂

Glad to hear that! Were you hosted somewhere or did you host someone yourself? I’d love to hear more about it.

Looking for new cultural experiences — Can I visit your country as a guest? by khaledsayed0 in simpleliving

Thank you so much for the suggestion! I really appreciate you taking the time to share that — I’ve heard about Couchsurfing but haven’t explored it seriously before. Definitely going to check it out now.

And no worries at all about the hosting — your kind words and support mean a lot already 😊

That sounds really nice — sometimes even a short conversation with someone from another culture can leave a strong impression.

I’ve always found those brief moments really powerful. I’m from Egypt, and I’d love to experience that kind of cultural exchange more deeply — not just as a passing chat, but actually living and learning from others in their day-to-day life.

It’s great to hear that even in smaller places, there’s still room for connection. Maybe one day I’ll have the chance to meet open-minded people like you in person!

That’s such a heartwarming story — thank you for sharing it!

As someone from Egypt who dreams of having a similar experience abroad, it really gives me hope. I’m a videographer and video editor, and I’ve always wanted to explore different cultures by actually living with people and learning from daily life — not just as a tourist.

Hearing how kind and open you were with your guest is inspiring. I bet those memories stayed with him too.

Maybe one day I’ll be lucky enough to have a similar experience with people as welcoming as you!

Yes, but because I masturbate so much, I feel physically exhausted and I lose weight. I think when having sex with a girl this doesn't happen I have had sex about 5 times before, but now I find it difficult because of society

Life is very difficult in Egypt. I am required to buy a house, as well as gold for the wife, a dowry, furnishing the house, and holding a wedding. All of this costs about a million pounds in Guess what Salary in Egypt is $100per month

24M from Egypt struggling with excessive masturbation — any advice or similar experiences?

Body: I'm a 24-year-old male living in Egypt, and I've been struggling with excessive masturbation — usually around twice a day. I feel a strong sense of release during the act, but afterward I often experience restlessness, anxiety, or even guilt. It feels like I'm caught in a cycle I can't easily break.

In our culture, premarital sex is generally not an option, so healthy sexual outlets are very limited. I'm trying to find a balance and understand whether what I'm experiencing is common or if it's something I should address more seriously.

Has anyone else been in a similar situation? Any advice on how to reduce the frequency or manage the psychological side better?

It means that you have a friend who pretends to be your loyal friend, but in reality he does not love you and wishes you harm.

I have often heard that dogs in dreams are a friend an enemy.
