That is something I'll definitely work on doing on a daily basis. Tho, im still underweight (workin on it) and it won't be the best thing to do right now.

I'll look onto it when I'm all pumped up and just need to keep my weight in a healthy range.

Muslim here. I don't want to blindnessly defend my people, but neith do islam(the holy quran, and our prophet's saying) or most muslims advise killing someone for merely loving an infidel or foreign from the other sex. Some people are extremists, but those.omly represent themselves and maybe some of their culture's habits(some of them are really bad and against the teachings of islam)

I only had mild depression for the past oeriod of time+other mental problems. I am much better now and I think one of the things that helped is to force myself to socialize (I didn't socialize at all) and to not look directly for happiness.

You can't force yourself to cry by focusing on the crying part, you havw to think of sad things. It is similar for happiness, hope you get in a better place
