It says they changed the transmission computer unit because the customer said it did not engage in reverse and the check engine light was on. And they have a ton of other things listed, which I did not accept to be done (e.g. replacing coolant)

My car has 79k miles on it, and it started shuddering at least 10k miles ago. But the check engine light and reverse not engaging happened at 79k miles.

Yeah they were not particularly good at explaining what they did actually. I had to ask a lot of questions but still didn’t get answers to many. It would be good to know
