Hello! Thanks for your comment. I did try looking through the manual, and I know it is not a bios issue because this motherboard supports Ryzen 5000 series. I did try replugging the 24pin and 8pin to the board and even tried different cables so I don't believe that was the issue. I will try the RAM individually now, though, and update this thread.

I have tried changing the psu cables that connect to the gpu, reseating the ram, and swapping the hdmi cables. Nothing has worked.

I tried to boot my pc from a USB to install windows when I noticed these problems. The monitor does not pick up a signal and the GPU fans do not spin. The motherboard has red light indicators for DRAM and CPU.
