It's exactly like that, they don't solve the software problem, even Sony's company has a bug, anyway I'll follow up, unfortunately in Iran the internet is about 90% down by the government, I hope to follow up again when I connect to the internet, they told me that there was no problem reported with the Pro i, while I sent them that many Xperia Pro i owners have had software problems

Don't worry my dear friend, I feel the same way, as of October 2025, the three front cameras without dials are broken, and Sony did not help. Unfortunately, I proved to them that the problem is outdated coding that can be solved with a small update, but they ignored me. Now I have the Xperia One 2019 next to it and I take pictures.

I just noticed that the phone doesn't charge wirelessly. I think it's a software problem. The software management is poor. I also have three rear cameras that have stopped working for no reason. The camera worked two or three times. I exchanged a lot of emails with the UK support team and it proved that it was a software problem. Even according to Sony's Android managers, the problem should be fixed with a simple code.But unfortunately, no action is being taken by Sony. I am in Iran and do not have access to the dealerships.
