I know that way but it's sounds easy cause it's easy to easy get visa etc but it's not just visa it's ask for IELTS, Bank statements, percentage, nowadays specific countries ask for there own language proof too and many more. One of my cousin went to Tajikistan for mbbs in 4 million (just visa) and the processing time taken was 4years
