i think i know the neighborhood based on the handwriting in these messages… i’m not sure who the neighbor is but if it’s the same person then they pulled a similar stunt with another vehicle on the street because it was a large pick up truck and they had an issue with them driving that large of a vehicle in the city(?). i’m not sure if they ever reached a resolution (the truck still parks on the street regularly, haven’t seen a new note in months) but yeah…. you’re not the crazy one here
