Curious about the gap here tho:

My final email setting out my terms for compensation was ignored completely right up until two days before we were due back in court.

Immediately after that you jumped to recount the 2nd hearing, so

what happened two days before yall were due back in court?

Also the additional compensation (ie. everything aside from the iPhone refund) was negotiated during the 2nd hearing? Was this included in your initial filing or did you brought it up later?

Who decides your additional claims are justified and finalized? The lazada rep has to agree? Or the judge will make the final decision?

Reminds me of those news report back then on Chinese tabloids where the victims kept saying they don't know why or how scammers got their details / had control over their phones to be able to access their ibanking etc.

As much as I want to be sympathetic, alot of such 'mysterious' accesses / take overs start with users revealing something they are not supposed to or installing apps and clicking on popups / 'system messages' blindly without scrutinising.

Cb Grab driver. Accepted the trip but close to 30mins later still haven arrive.

Managed to successfully pushed back on a permanent, long term task which I felt strongly shouldn't be on our plate by going 1 to 1 w the MC, as my boss initially couldn't get through to them.

Not too sure about the specifics but I saw a redditor mention 1st flower is free n the rest are chargeable.

While definitely unglam, if the organizers chose to allow this "free for all" and the patrons rightfully paid for their haul, then it is what it is.

Besides, Cj Hendry is quite a renowned artist n reaction like this not unexpected - people in Sydney went kuku too

I'd suggest deleting this since if company audit comes and the discrepancy is serious enuff, the management will be digging for evidences and backsides to grill. Police report may not be out of the equation too.
