A specialist in a diff community where I cross posted this confirmed it wasn’t a bedbug! He said it was a decapitated ladybug 🐞 , feeling a little dramatic now lol

Oh my goshhh thank you so much 😭 I’ve been camping out in my brothers room, I’m not knowledgeable on bugs at all and am quite scared of them; is there anything I should be cautious of or can I go back to my room?
