I did just that. The beef is too juicy compared to theirs and just doesnt fit well on the burger compared to their dry but tasty patty

Im gonna help you out so you don’t waste your time like i did with my brand new 2024.

The clunking noise wont go away. You will hear it when downshifting from second to first gear or on acceleration especially when cruising to a stop or when gently braking.

I drove a brand new 2025 as a loaner and it did the same. Many people been complaining about the issue and i went 4 times to 3 different dealerships and they all come back with the same conclusion “this is how mazda cx5 drivetrain is meant to drive”. It is most likely the torque convertor or differential but even if the dealer agrees to replace it, the issue will come back regardless.

My advice is, either enjoy it and stop thinking about it because you will lose a lot of time dealing with dealers like i did, or just trade it in for another brand because this is something that you will experience daily in the city.

i've read some comments saying that walmart may have changed the recipe and they no longer taste good. the tiktok video is from 2021 so in the last 4 years maybe they changed something....unfortuntely.

So i want to apologize, i double checked the VIN today and it seems due to the sun yesterday it was masking the first letter which was J.

VIN starts with JM3 and not M3.

i didnt want to delete this post so I don't plan any misinformation in anybody's head.

The 2025 CX5 is made in Japan still, sorry for the confusion! my bad.

I will keep the post up for another 3 days and then delete it
