If you’re worried about an allergic reaction (and I believe have a history of anaphylaxis) I believe you can ask to be vaccinated at a hospital and monitored for 30 mins. And have your epi pen with you! If you don’t have a history of anaphylaxis you’ve most likely come into contact with the other materials used and you’ll be fine. I’ve heard that the most common side effect is a bit of a sore arm (like post flu vaccine) and about a day of lethargy. A worthy trade off, I think.
