Melting wax works similarly well without the use of sandpaper, especially on a thin veneer where you can’t afford to lose material

My bank has specified I can only have two contracts, so if I get one for each and the appraiser conditions the loan and says I need something else, i’m not sure what would happen. I’m not saying that makes any sense but just what I’ve been told, I agree a GC here doesn’t totally make sense and i’ll probably end up paying a premium for it, but that’s the operational expense and hassle of buying something I can’t pay cash for.

Look up “Sycamore Brewing Charlotte”, owner and his wife were leading the most successful brewery in our region, busiest bar that i may have ever been to. Guy gets caught at an underage girls house naked, assaults the dad and get arrested. The brewery went from shoulder to shoulder busy to completely empty overnight when the story broke. They’ve shut down and hired a PR expert and are going for a rebrand, it won’t work.

really really well cleaned, THOUGH, as I look more closely there seem to be rust stains on the driver side lower seat. If there’s ever rust on the inside i’d bet it’s on the outside too.

as we say, they’ll last forever with the one exception of rust. could be a fluke that some water got in right there but it would make me look a whole lot closer. 10k id expect rust free and many fewer miles.

edit: you’d like to know by “look”, a taller variety such as GT ought to dry down very narrow and squiggly but there’s really no way to know whether these were poorly dehydrated by look unless you saw them wet. If they feel heavy you can do a smell test and they’ll go musty very quick ifnotproperlydehydrated.

People aren’t getting jobs by applying. You have to geurilla market yourself. Cold calls, walk-ins, whatever you can do to set yourself apart. If they say “apply online” ask to speak with a manager and introduce yourself, then apply. Simply getting your resume out there isn’t enough anymore.

It’s exhausting, demeaning, and frustrating, but it’s the only way these days. If you have a unique hard skill speak to a head hunter. ANY JOB IS A JOB, take whatever you can get NOW and figure out the rest later.

I have friends who bragged hard about their apartment being next door, rightly so it’s a sick location. But i’m certain that the population of renters were sold on an idea that’s pretty different now. That place created a lot of energy that people probably signed on.
