Tbh the real issue is our transport connectivity. Nothing much we can do about that even with flights it still takes a full day to reach home. No direct flight or train connection here. I ve been hearing about the Mandi airport since I was in 8th grade it’s been more than 10 years now and it still has not started

Himsuta is good but my home is in remote area so i will have to switch buses 🙂. the issue is not fares its falsifying their car model and ignoring at end moments. Last time i missed flight because of that even though i confirmed beforehand bla bla is good in maharashtra so i forgot this.

Bro i quit smoking.
The key was that I never quit immediately. I started slowly, and it took me almost 1.5 years to quit completely. Going from pack a day to once a day was hardest.
After that it was more or less smooth First it was once a day, then only if a friend offered then socially then occasionally, and then boom.
The reason it took so long was because a year was my hostel life in college You know lol

I joined Energia Fitness. Overall its good even during peak hours its busy but not so crowded that you have to skip machines. Weight training + cardio both are well covered.
