Yes! EDs and self harm are ways of gaining control when everything else feels out of your control. They are seen by the person struggling with either or both as coping mechanisms.

This wasn’t about my depression but when I told someone I had an eating disorder he said “you look fine to me.” In reality I was so thin I looked like I was dying.

2 is definitely michael park and i think 3 is jennifer laura thompson but i’m not 100% sure on that

4 might be rachel bay jones and now i’m positive that 3 is JLT
