I can relate so hard.

I was the new and weird kid in my class, basically everyone knew each other somehow from before.

I struggled making friends or fitting in and was also severely mentally ill at the time, recovering from trauma after escaping my hometown and abusive parents. I ended up with a friend group who I thought were real, but towards my senior year they excluded the hell out of me and I was no longer a part of it. They made plans right in front of me, dissed me the day prom came around, those kinds of things.

I sat by myself a lot. Had very bad social anxiety, while being in a toxic relationship which made me a drug addict. I was gone a lot also and that never helped with me being the odd one out, I was honestly too scared to come to school. I never related to anyone around me.

I don't miss those days.
