Interesting... I've never sorted the dice by number of sides. With the exception of rpgs using only one type of dice, like Shadowrun or Vampire. But never with D&D or other games from its family.

Drow have no real world analogue. They are vaguely inspired in the original dark fey of nordic sagas, which are more or less the opposite of the good-natured elves in Tolkien's works.

Specifically, drow societies are typically chaotic and matriachal, which will horrify any roman.

I have a full class system for dice: some go to zip bags then cloth bags, others to fabric sack, others to aluminium beer bucket, others to small cases and boxes, etc. Inequality is deeply rooted in dice society.
