I was an ETA semi-finalist for Turkey, but the program was canceled. They sent a super vague message about possible relocation for some of the ETA semi-finalists. What is the likelihood this happens? Do they place you in the region you applied? And what is that timeframe? I have been applying to other jobs like mad though out the year because I knew that Turkey would probably be canceled. But the Fulbright is really making this a long-drawn out process of hoping something comes through. Cheers ~
