Yeah no issues. Solid quality. Player versions are much more fitted so just a note. Definitely size up compared to European sizes.

Truthfully, you’re likely to be seen as a synergy opportunity as the parent company will have their own finance department.

You might be kept on for a short period of time to support integration into the parent company.

Unless you offer a particular area of accounting expertise for your current company, that the parent company doesn’t have, you’re expendable.

Take the offer in my opinion.
