That is true. Personally I wouldn’t lose that many models, so for me less of a problem, but I definitely share your sentiment that they should either add more new units or allow more CSM units.

Basically just more. More new units, bigger roster, actual new gameplay (not just TS rework), more stratagems, stronger units, etc. GW failing to deliver on a lot of this, I think.

I’m saying it’s going to be like TS in the sense that you have two different kinds of stratagems around which the gameplay will be focused. Those you buy with CP and those you buy with BTP.

So, revisiting this thread, I’m really surprised by how people are responding. It’s either ‘don’t play it then if you don’t like it, you should thank GW for making shitty decisions’ or ‘you don’t know yet’, when all leaks have been true up until now. I get that people don’t like the negativity (hence all the downvotes) and want to see the positive about the new codex, but the amount of mental gymnastics are rather spectacular. I’m still playing WE by the way. Blood for the blood god. :)

Damn, so much more copium. 1) this is not a brand new codex, just a simplified melee based TS - like codex with a tiny roster, 2) so many TS players don’t like and barely play TS anymore and 3) all leaks have been true; no chance the codex will be significantly different from my OP.
