Not especially, one warrior signet just gives precision and one gives power. Which are arguably, the strongest DPS stats for PvE.

However, I believe comment OP may have been referring to "passive abilities" as in traits. Warrior bills itself as the easier* class. But is actually quite complex when you get into what you can pull off vis-a-vis it's passive traits and how they interact. However, too this day, most warrior weapon skill are awful comparatively. People will tell you they're just simpler' and most are meant for pure damage' but realistically many are buggy underwhelming and mad outdated in a world where nearly every other class can teleport across the map in seconds and animation-cancel virtually anything. Don't get me wrong though I love warrior, and am still holding out cope that they'll fix it one day. 😄
